Service uptime is not guaranteed. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and to communicate planned maintenance windows when feasible. - Personal study notes and highlights.
- Custom precept cards with user-defined titles.
- Discussion posts and comments.
- Study group materials.

We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not sell it to third parties.
7.2 Content Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for your User Content.
- You represent that you have rights to any content you post.
- We do not pre-screen User Content.
- All theological interpretations expressed in User Content reflect the views of the individual user, not the Platform.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Platform Content
The Service's code, design, branding, and curated study tools (the 613 Mitzvot organization, precept cross-references, quiz question banks, and AI-generated explanations) are owned by us and protected by copyright. The 80-Book Bible, 613 Mitzvot, and Precepts library are provided for personal study use. You may not:
- Resell or redistribute Platform content commercially.
- Scrape or systematically download content.
- Remove copyright notices or attributions.
8.2 Public Domain
Many scriptural texts provided are in the public domain. Our organization, formatting, and additional materials are protected by copyright. You may quote Service content for personal study or scholarship with attribution; bulk redistribution requires written permission.
9. Sonora AI Assistant
9.1 Nature of AI
Sonora ("Lily") is an artificial intelligence assistant designed to aid Biblical study. Sonora:
- Generates responses based on training data and algorithms.
- Does not possess consciousness, divine authority, or infallibility.
- May produce inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Should not replace personal study or pastoral guidance.
9.2 AI Limitations
- Access is tiered based on subscription level.
- Conversation histories may be reviewed for quality improvement.
- AI responses are for educational purposes only.
10. Platform Neutrality & Theological Independence
10.1 Neutral Platform Status
True Religion of Zion functions as a neutral technology platform providing tools for Biblical study. We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for:
- Theological interpretations made by users.
- User-generated precept titles or descriptions.
- Discussion content in forums or groups.
- AI-generated responses from Sonora.
10.2 Reactive Moderation
We do not actively monitor or censor User Content. We only review content:
- When reported by users through our reporting mechanism.
- Upon receipt of valid legal process.
- When necessary to prevent imminent harm.
10.3 No Theological Authority
The Platform makes no claims of religious authority, doctrinal infallibility, or ecclesiastical standing. Users are encouraged to verify all teachings against their own study of Scripture.
11. Payment, Billing, Donations & Merchandise
11.1 Alms Structure
True Religion of Zion operates on a ministry-supported model. Your payments are considered voluntary alms/contributions that support the Platform's operation and mission. In exchange for these alms, we provide enhanced access to our Services.
11.2 Billing
- Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance.
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled.
- Lifetime memberships are one-time payments with no recurring fees.
- All prices are in USD; taxes additional where applicable.
- Recurring charges are handled by a PCI-compliant third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
11.2a Sabbath & Feast Billing Observance
- In keeping with the ministry's lunisolar reckoning, no payment is captured on a Sabbath or appointed Feast day. We observe a lunar calendar in which each month begins at the new moon, and the weekly Sabbaths fall on the 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th days of the lunar month (the New Moon day is likewise set apart).
- If a new subscription or a recurring renewal would fall on a Sabbath or Feast day, the charge is automatically deferred and processed the following day ("billed the day after"). You are never charged on the holy day, and you do not lose any access for the deferral.
- During a Sabbath/Feast, the day is observed from morning until local sunset; checkout for a new subscription is paused until after sunset and a notice is shown. Dates are determined in the ministry's local timezone (US Central).
11.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds for partial months.
11.4 Refund Policy
- 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers.
- Lifetime memberships are eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
- Voluntary contributions outside of subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law.
11.5 Merchandise
Merchandise orders are governed by the carrier's shipping terms and the fulfillment provider's refund / return policy disclosed at checkout.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any AI-generated explanation is theologically definitive. All content is for educational and study purposes only and is not pastoral advice. Consult qualified clergy for spiritual guidance.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) US$100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless True Religion of Zion, its operators, and affiliates from any claims arising from:
- Your User Content.
- Your use of the Services.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any third-party rights.
15. Binding Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver
Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights.
Except for disputes that qualify for small claims court, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in Wilmington, Delaware (or, at your election, your home state via phone or video). The arbitrator's award is final and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class-action waiver. You and we each agree that any arbitration or court proceeding will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate or join claims of other persons.
30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@truereligionofzion.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms (or within 30 days of a material change to this section). Your email must include your account email and a clear statement that you want to opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For any claim not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
17. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for:
- Violations of these Terms.
- Fraudulent payment activity.
- Harassment of other users.
- Attempts to circumvent access controls.
- Extended periods of inactivity (12+ months for free accounts).
You may close your account at any time from Account → Privacy & Data → Delete my account. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections 7–16 survive termination.
18. General Provisions
- Severability: Invalid provisions shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary; the remainder stands.
- No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute waiver.
- Assignment: We may assign these Terms; you may not without our consent.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for failures beyond our reasonable control.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via the site banner and, where required, by email. Continued use after the effective date of a change means you accept the revised Terms.
