Do I need an account to use the site?

Accepted Answer

No. The Bible, the 613 Mitzvot, the Biblical Precepts, and search all work without an account. Creating a free account unlocks personal extras: notes, highlights, quiz progress, the two-page book layout, Focus Mode, and cross-device sync.

How do I create an account and start my free trial?

Accepted Answer

Open the Account menu at the top right and choose Sign Up — you only need a username, email, and password. To start your free 15-day trial, enter the 6-digit access code we email you right after sign-up (it's good for 24 hours). Once verified, your full 15-day trial begins. We never share your address.

Question 3

I didn't get my 15-day access code. What now?

Check your spam/promotions folder first. On the verification screen tap "Resend code" (available after a short countdown) and we'll send a fresh code. Still stuck? Email support@truereligionofzion.com and we'll help.

Question 4

I forgot my password. Now what?

Accepted Answer

On the Sign In screen click "Forgot password" and enter your email — we'll send a 6-digit reset code valid for 30 minutes. Enter the code, then choose a new password. (For your security the code can only be used once.)

Can I use my account on more than one device at a time?

Accepted Answer

Your account is for one person, so only one device can be signed in at a time. Signing in on a new device automatically signs you out on the previous one — your notes, highlights, and progress still sync, so you can pick up right where you left off.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@truereligionofzion.com from the address on your account and we'll remove your profile, notes, and progress within 7 days.

Why can't I be charged on certain days?

We observe the Sabbath and the appointed Feast days using a lunisolar calendar: each month begins at the new moon, and the weekly Sabbaths fall on the 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th days of the lunar month (the New Moon day is also set apart). No payment is taken on those days. If a new subscription or a renewal lands on a Sabbath or Feast, the charge is automatically deferred to the next day — you are never billed on the holy day and you don't lose any access. Checkout for a new subscription is paused until after local sunset, when the day ends.

Which Bible versions are available?

Three. (1) KJV 1611 with Apocrypha — the full 80-book canon. (2) KJV (66 Books) — the same KJV 1611 text but without the Apocrypha, for readers who follow the Protestant canon. (3) Yah Scriptures — a sacred-name English translation that restores the Father's and Son's names.

What is the difference between KJV 1611 and KJV (66 Books)?

Same translation, same verse text. KJV (66 Books) is the Protestant subset — Apocrypha books like Tobit, Judith, 1–2 Maccabees, Sirach, and Wisdom are hidden from book lists, chapter views, and search.

How do I switch versions?

Use the version dropdown above the reading panel on the Bible tab. Your choice is remembered per device. Search, navigation, and notes all respect your selected version.

Why don't search results show Apocrypha verses when I'm on KJV (66 Books)?

That is by design. KJV (66 Books) hides the Apocrypha across every surface — book list, chapter view, and search — so it matches the canon you read with.

What are the 613 Mitzvot?

The 613 Mitzvot are the commandments traditionally enumerated from the Torah (Genesis–Deuteronomy). We catalog every one — the source verse, the type (positive / negative), the book it sits in, the category (Faith & Relationship with God, Civil & Criminal Law, etc.), and a clear short title.

What are Biblical Precepts?

A larger collection of practical commands and teachings drawn from the entire Bible — not just the Torah. The Precepts tab cross-references each precept with the verses that establish it, so you can study by topic.

Can I see the Mitzvot grouped by category instead of by number?

Yes — use the "All Categories" dropdown on the 613 Mitzvot tab to filter. The category chip row also shows the count per category at a glance.

Where do I search?

The search bar at the top of every tab searches the current tab by default. Press Enter to open the full-page results overlay, which shows matches grouped into Mitzvot / Precepts / Bible Verses sections.

How do I search a specific verse?

Type the reference directly — for example "John 3:16" or "Gen 1:1-3". The dropdown will offer the matching verse; click to jump straight to it.

Why is the same verse pinned at the top of my suggestions?

Accepted Answer

The dropdown remembers your last clicked verse for a given query so you can return to it instantly. The pinned entry shows a "From your last search" badge.

Does search work across different translations?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Switch to Yah Scriptures and search "Yahuah" — the same query in KJV maps to "the LORD". Our transliteration map keeps cross-version search consistent.

How do I get the two-page "book" layout?

The book layout is a member-only feature. Once you sign in, open Display Settings (gear icon) and toggle "Book Layout". Guests always see the single-page layout on every device.

Can I make the text bigger?

Yes — open Display Settings and adjust the Font Size slider. Members can also change the typography, line spacing, and dark / light theme.

Focus Mode hides the header and most chrome so you can read distraction-free. Toggle it from Display Settings. Available to members.

How do I save a note on a verse?

Members: tap or long-press a verse, choose "Add Note", and write. Your notes sync across devices and appear inline next to the verse on every visit.

Flashcards are spaced-repetition study cards. You see one prompt, flip to reveal, and rate whether you remembered. The next showing is scheduled accordingly. Members keep progress; guests can study but progress resets.

You're probably signed out or browsing in private mode. Sign in and run one item to confirm progress saves; sync is automatic.
